Pasta with veggies and and ham/ turkey lean

Ingredients:

1 eggplant
1 carrot
1 yellow squad
2 cup of wheat pasta
1/2 green and red pepper
1 cup of alfredo sauce
1 cup of chicken broth..
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut in little pieces all de veggies, put half in a pot to cook for 15 minutes, add the chicken broth and the alfredo sauces, in another pot cook the pasta, after the pasta it's cook mix with the veggies...  Then cut in a slices the ham/turkey put in a glass container with the rest of the veggies, put in the oven for 20 minutes..
