Pumpkin with ground meat

Easy to make and healthy


Ingredients:

Pumpkin Without seed
1lb of ground meat
2cup of mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper as you like
1green pepper
Green onions. 
Olive 
oil
Preparation:

Wash the pumpkin,  cut in half, put salt and pepper. 
In a fry pan put olive oil,  cut in little pieces the green onions and the green pepper,  let it cook for about 10 minutes, add the ground meat add salt and pepper let Iit cook for about 20 minutes.  In a glass container spray whit oil the container,  put the pumpkin in the middle put the ground meat. at the top add the mozzarella cheese, preheat the oven previously, put in the oven for about 40 minutes.
