Meat envoltini

Ingredients:

5 pieces of steak
1/2 lb of ground meat
2 cup of tomato sauce
1 laurel
Salt and pepper
1 cup of wine
1/2 tsp of oregano
Tooth tick

Preparation:

In a fry pan with wine cook a ground meat add salt and pepper, then other pot put the tomato sauce to cook , add the salt and pepper, laurel, in the meant time your cook your ground meat, then take the steak in the middle put a spoon of ground meat, roll up put tooth tick in the same fry pan cook after and put inside the tomato sauce. Let it cook for about 30 minutes..   You can use that sauce to put on top of spaghetti..
